This complain mail is in reference to the application no - [protected] & loan agreement no - 1512-1-[protected]-4.
Since 3 days I have applied for a loan against the mobile "Lava Iris Fuel f1"& I am still not received the phone yet due to product the product not been changed by Aeon Credit Service on sanction letter after several request.
I am an existing customer of Aeon & I never expected such a bad customer experience from one of the most trusted company like AEON.
Looking for your positive action on the same .

These people have fooled me and they have sent me notice saying i have to pay some extra penatly charges whereas i have cleared all my EMI's with the interest
