Aeon Credit Service Complaints & Reviews

I have 2 wheelers loan with aeon. My emi are transfered on time from my bank to aeon. But they are applying late fees on my emis from last 4 months. I have written mail but no resonse received yet.
Plz help in that issue...

This complain mail is in reference to the application no - [protected] & loan agreement no - 1512-1-[protected]-4.

Since 3 days I have applied for a loan against the mobile "Lava Iris Fuel f1"& I am still not received the phone yet due to product the product not been changed by Aeon Credit Service on sanction letter after several request.

I am an existing customer of Aeon & I never expected...
