Aeps Failed Transaction — aeps failed transaction allahabad bank to pnb bank

I tofizuddin mallick i bc pnb bank my ko code-k0201993 and my account number-[protected]. I withdrawal rs-3000 through aeps (Allahabad bank customer,). Customer a/c no-[protected] and adhhar no[protected] on 21/04/2018 this transation rrn no-[protected] but this transaction is failed and debited customer account not credited my satellment account.
Plz this amount credited my account or credited customer account early as possible. And please sir this faild transation is time to so long but balance not credit... Sooo please solved my problem as soon as posible
