sir, my son nrupesh vijay patil purchased xonpad7 tablet item code[protected] on 16.07.2014 via snapdeal.com. it was later send to aforeserve.com ltd. to resolve damaged touch screen and charging problem, as per your advice on 24.12.2014 and furthur Rs.1492/- deposited in the axis bank account of aforeserve.com ltd. (a/c. no.[protected]) on 08.01.2015. after that more than 3 months have elapsed but neither the the tablet received repaired nor any satisfactory replies from the helpline or the service centre received since then, although numerous calls were made on their nos. this is a very severe service lapse from respondent side particularly in the warranty covered period. kindly look into matter for satisfactory resolution of the problem. the ticket no. as given by aforeserve.com ltd. is [protected]
