I am writing in Utter disgust and dismay that my Money has been debited a week back neither I got ticket nor money returned back. Your helpless customer care keeps on giving new Booking IDs for an UNBOOKED TICKET with latest one IN1405B8S074068. I seriously dunno where to seek help from and what shall I do with these booking IDS.
Its very easy for you guys to say that money is lying in payment gateway, now tell why I can't talk directly from them if they are not returning back the money. My money and I only suffering coz neither you guys care enough to give me ticket nor money on time (that I can book on my ticket).
Any one pls give the corporate office contact details either on fb or any where, I need urgently.
