Against Mumbai Police — Grievance against Dindoshi Police (Mumbai)

Dear sir,
Subject :ajay dabas (Main accused) cheatedly sold my car to vinay nigam and dindoshi police, mumbai, also know about vinay nigam deed with main accused but intentionally not seizing the car fromm vinay nigam.
7 months back when we wanted to catch ajay dabas, dindoshi police, mumbai had not even filed our complaint and when we came to know that our car is with vinay nigam, now dindoshi police (After filing fir on 13.04.2017) says that they are trying to catch ajay dabas instead of seizing car from vinay nigam, sir it is fine to find out about main accused but we are now first concerned about our car which is with vinay nigam, ashirwad, kaspate wosti, wakad, pune and he also know that he is not legal owner of car no. Mh46al-5243. Even dindoshi police station, mumbai also have information about vinay nigam deed with main accused.
It is a serious matter why dindoshi police not seized the car from vinay nigam and took the matter at court for handing over the car to me. I once again request you to please take up the case at the earliest so that our fate be with police department. Sir i have taken this car against loan and still paying installment every month. Please help me.
