I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against Ms. Pratima Bhardwaj, also known as Pari Tripathi, for engaging in unethical and manipulative practices during her tenure at Imark Infotech. Her actions have not only caused severe professional and personal harm to individuals but also jeopardized the reputation of the company.

The specific allegations are as follows:
1. Manipulation and Honey Trapping: Ms. Bhardwaj/Tripathi allegedly manipulated and honey-trapped colleagues and associates to gain access to confidential information, such as resumes, cover letters, and personal data.
2. Misuse of Company Resources: It has come to light that she misused Imark-provided cover letters and resumes to apply and bid for jobs in other companies, violating confidentiality agreements and professional ethics.
3. Personal Harm: Her actions have caused emotional and mental distress to several individuals. One such victim, a straightforward and honest individual, faced severe humiliation and defamation, leading to his decision to renounce worldly life and become a monk.
4. Damage to Professional Lives: By misusing company resources and misrepresenting her intentions, she has ruined the professional and personal lives of multiple individuals, causing long-term repercussions for their careers.

This behavior is a clear violation of professional ethics, trust, and company policies. It reflects poorly on the values of Imark Infotech and undermines the integrity of our work culture.

I request the following actions be taken:
1. An immediate investigation into the allegations mentioned above.
2. Appropriate disciplinary action against Ms. Bhardwaj/Tripathi if found guilty.
3. Implementation of measures to prevent such incidents in the future, such as stricter confidentiality policies and regular ethical training for employees.

I trust that the organization will handle this matter with the seriousness it deserves and take appropriate action to ensure justice and fairness. Please let me know if you require additional details or evidence to support this complaint.

They are demanding money in the name of company loss otherwise a legal action will be taken against me. And when I am asking about the company legal documents. They don't answer about it.There are many utube videos against the frauds done by them.But I was not aware before. Please help me Sir I don't have a single penny at this time.

As per nitra jobs.com i had applied to post for administration manager in acs infotech, residing in annanagar opp to indian post office madurai - 625020. I received a mail & call from them to attend the interview. As per their call i went on 9th oct 2018 morning 10 am to their office attended primary interview they asked rd. 50 i paid. Same day evening i received call for 2nd interview. On 10th oct 2018 i went they charged rd. 500 for processing...

I worked this company in night sift. Last 19 jan 2017 to 7 feb 2017 this company director mr. Hitesh singh chouhan give me march salary throw check that is clear in may account and remaining salary comite for give next month and 10 march he gives me by check remaining salary amount 1450 but his check is bounce and his saying i will give you case in 4 to 5 day but not give and again give me a new check 21 april a but his check again bounce. After that he saying again i will pay next 10 august 2017

Ltd is an KPO (Ebook) Outsourcing concern also am complete the file with quality and send it he send me the payment 90% only after 120 days. so am got many problems he will not send me 10% off amount. am not continue with him. some off them are not received 2 months bill.
