Agari Enterprises — fridge caught fire and they haven't taken any action yet

I had purchased a godrej refrigerator 20-24000inr from agari enterprises moodbidri on june 2016 and it caught fire emerging from inside (There was no reason of short circuit no wiring or current issues as we cross checked) this october 2019, we are trying to contact them they had a visit once took pictures and then just no much response. We have all the required bills and documents but they haven’t taken any serious action yet.. It would have been a major incident look what they provide us with.. When we purchase a product we trust them to be honest and if they treat us this way it’s such an disappointment.. It’s not a matter of 100/1000rs we have invested a huge amount.. We need every penny to be paid.
