I raised complaint on 9th March 2026 that my AC is not working. 2 days have been passed, there has been no visit from their side. They are not responding to mails. That is worst support from a big company like Godrej towards their customers.

I actually called customer care of Godrej to ask how to fix my ac remote which was stuck in test mode...but no one actually knew English or Hindi or kannada...the representative told me in English that he dosent understand English he can only speak in Telugu...they were transferring my calls again and again they made me Waite for 2 hrs and they used to cut the call no one actually asked which model was my AC unit and what I needed to resolve...
