I approached this company for shifting my house hold things from chennai to coimbatore and the guy named vikash who is the owner appraoched me with the quote. They promised to deliver the goods next day but kept all my goods in a gooddown for nearly 20 days. I called and followed up with him pleading to give my goods. He asked me to pay the full amount for the goods to get delivered and after i accepted to pay the guy dint respond. Switching off his mobile whole day and dint provide a receipt for the same. After continous calls from my friends and relatives. He sent my goods to some other packers and movers and it reached coimbatore after twenty days. The person who came to deliver the goods asked me to pay 1400 since the company dint send any labour to offload the goods. After opening the goods. I was shocked to see that all most of my glass items were broken and my washine machine is not working since it got rusted because of the place he kept my goods. Rat has torn most of the boxes and i had to literally throw those items. I never had such a worst customer service experience in my life and i request the givernment to ban such conpanies from doing such business which ruin the life of people
