My sincere request - please never ever use the services of this company. Very unprofessional, change the rates when the luggage is in packed condition when you cant even say no, enormous delays in sending the stuff, condition in which cargo is delivered is horrible. Lot of items missing. Plus no method for claiming the refund. I have lost a lot by taking their services. Please please do not repeat their mistakes. Special mention for Mr Ranjit and Mr Rahul who are the most unprofessional people I have seen. Very disgusting. Was this information helpful? |
