They are running a fraud business.
They packed my stuff, and took 80% amount in the beginning. When my things reached their godown, Mr Sanu denied giving me a GST Bill, and charged me for GST....

Very bad experience happened with us few hours back
They will quote you an amount an when they came to pick up they increase the amount by saying this and that... unfortunately earlier conversations was not recorded. Now when it's urgent you pay them the amount and they take money for insurance also but don't give insurance copy neither bill details only they handover is a Challan. Moreover again they did not get it door delivery done...

Shipment of Households and Bike has been booked on 22nd November 2022, Consignment Bill number 003.

After more than 18 days. consignment not uet received.

Now they are not picking up my call. If calling from different number, they pick up the call. They they saum bluff of delay in shipment and again behaving...

My sincere request - please never ever use the services of this company. Very unprofessional, change the rates when the luggage is in packed condition when you cant even say no, enormous delays in sending the stuff, condition in which cargo is delivered is horrible. Lot of items missing. Plus no method for claiming the refund. I have lost a lot by taking their services. Please please do not repeat their mistakes. Special mention for Mr Ranjit...

Horrible service. first before confirming the consignment, they will come ti the house to check the materials and quote u an amount. After lifting the materials, they increase the quoted amount. later on before delivering, they give vague reason and again increases the amount highest.
