Agarwal Relocation Packers & Movers — Regarding fraud insurance

Recently we shifted from new delhi to nagpur in hurry and we called justdial for packers and movers number, they provided me of agarwal relocation packers & movers, plot no. 122, rawalpindi garden, behind bajaj dharam kanta nagar near a. R. C.

They came to my house for verification of how much items are there to move and they gave us the quotation of 16000/-

Which was later converted into 31267/- with [censored]sadd on's. Still we said fine and transfer the money to them.

They did insurance of our stuff which was about 7265/- and the whole bill was for about 31267/- he send the invoice of insurance too.

After the items were delivered to nagpur there was some stuffs which was heavily damaged, we click the pictures and send them to mr. Agarwal. When we call mr. Agarwal he responded and said i will do the insurance work in 5-6 days [he did nothing] and when we follow up after 5-6days he says give me more days and we agreed and now 27/12/2016 when we called insurance firm directly they have no idea about anything and they are like we only cover the cost if the damaged stuffs are verified with in 15 days of delivery and now they are refusing to give claim amount. Now its already been more than 20 days and just because that agarwal was making us fool and now he is saying "i e-mailed you the insurance paper, why didn't you called the?"

I will post the email too in which the insurance invoice is present but there is no mention of calling them anywhere.
