[Resolved] Agarwal Trans Home — Cheating, inflated billing, luggage not shipped | |||
These Guys Are Posing To Be From Original Agarwal Movers And Packers. Some Mr Sandeep Provided Quotations In Initial Discussion. But after Picking Up The Luggage, they Have Sent Inflated Bill Of 4 Times Of Original Quote. There Was No Evidence Given For Weight Of Consignment. Now Mr Sandeep Is Not Reachable And Someone Else Is Talking Saying 'Forget About Discussion With Sandeep, You Have To Pay The Bill'. They Are Taking In Very Rude Manner Not Providing Any Details About The Amount. They Just Added Insurance Amount Which We Had Not Asked For. Overall Not Getting Any Support, Worried About Our Luggage Which Is With Them Which Is Worth 2, 00, 000. Luggage was picked on 17th March and it is not dispatched yet. As per the original discussion, the total payable amount was 5000 for dining table and chair and Rs 85/kg for remaining luggage. But they have now charged the amount for dining table and chairs twice, as 5000 plus for weight as well. We have still paid INR 15000 as per the discussion of 50-50 payment terms. But these people are now not shipping the luggage saying first pay 100% amount. We are really helpless since our luggage is lying with them These people talk in a very rude manner saying if you want to go to police you can go but 'seedhe tarike se kaam nahi hoga'. The website mentioned on their bill also doesn't open and mail sent to them also getting bounced Was this information helpful? | |||
