3 box shipment from Kerala to Mumbai was required.Agarwal transhomes gave quotation and collected Rs.3250 as advance.After that confirmed date was not given on time.Due to the delay and some other reasons i had to cancel the shipment.the same was informed to the company in advance and requested for refund.After that call they have not answered my call and mot replied yo to whatsapp messages even after seeing it.
