While booking a hotel via Agoda app, money got debited but rec'd no confirmation from Agoda. Upon checking with Agoda, they are confirming no payment rec'd. the merchant as per bank statement is Retail Domestic PT MUMBAI, which Agoda is denying.
I see several such complainants against Agoda and the said merchant creating fraud. however not the bank or Agoda has blocked this merchant. Was this information helpful? |
