I'm surprise to see your mail about hows my visit while I never give my consent to deduct payment against the booking, if I have not made payment then booking should be automatically cancelled .
But your backend team deducted my money without my consent against the booking plan while I have not confirmed and moreever there is no pre or after information for such deducted money from your endend and booking...
