Today we had a reservation in leopard rock wildness resort at Ooty but when we checked in, there is no confirmation from the Agoda website to hotel and from hotel side they don't have any tie up with Agoda. So I try to contact Agoda through mail there is no reply for that and no customer care response also. Was this information helpful? |
