Agoda — Automatically debited money against hotel booking

Hi Agoda Team,

I'm surprise to see your mail about hows my visit while I never give my consent to deduct payment against the booking, if I have not made payment then booking should be automatically cancelled .
But your backend team deducted my money without my consent against the booking plan while I have not confirmed and moreever there is no pre or after information for such deducted money from your endend and booking has been done so that i could plan my journey accordingly.
And my question why we deducted money in December end i.e. 29th while my booking plan was in 2nd week of October why we have not deducted in October month or in November month so that i could get alert and will cancel at my end which if I missed such booking mail in October itself.

So requesting you to reverse my money on immediate basis with cross check with Hotel which I have not visited or stay over there coz I was not aware at all.

Rs.45624/- money deducted for Hotel Booking which you need to get reverse in my account on urgent basis.

I have visited today at your below Gurgaon registered office address which got to know the address from google and found that there is no office at all:
