I was trying to book hotel for 4 people in delhi for 31st dec. But due to technical fault, it got reset to the same date I was searching the hotel, for one person and got booked. There is no way to contact agoda for the cancellation. Called hotel multiple times but they kept saying that they have no booking for us.
Want my money to be refunded back from agoda as its their fault and have no customer support in place. Was this information helpful? |
