Agoda is just not the right place to book anything. I had booked one night stay in goa. It was confirmed. To my surprise when I went to hotel they said they never received any booking. When I see the app it says it’s cancelled. They never called or msgd me that they have cancelled due to some error at their end. When I call them they say you never received voucher from us hence you can’t take it as confirmation. My money has also not been refunded yet. Last min I had to run around to search for hotels with my 2 year old. Their customer service also is very bad. Lesson learnt from my first booking with them Was this information helpful? |
