Agoda — Fraudulent charging of a deposit

Hi, Agoda runs a price freeze policy, in which you can freeze the price of a stay for a certain number of days, given the room is still available. I froze the price for a room at 5000 INR. I had 2 bookings to make, for which i used the price freeze option for one and made a direct booking for second. When I was booking the second room, nowhere in my billing did it show my deposit was being used. Also the deposit can only be used through the link they provide by email or through the specific link provided in your booking profile. So when I made the second booking, the bill generated did not display my deposit was used and so when I went ahead and used the specific link to actually use the price freeze to book my room, with the deposit, i found out they had used my deposit for the second booking, which i did not land up doing altogether because of their fault Later i can see that they have generated 2 different bills altogether, one bill that i received while making the booking, does not even show that they have added my deposit and the bill on my account shows that they have. How can a bill with the same booking id have 2 different itemizations. Agoda maybe running a fraud.

I have emailed them a few times and called several times, they've promised to respond and haven't responded back once.
