I have booked YOO Stack hotel using Agoda App. The checked in date is today I.e. 7th August and Check out is on 12th August. The booking Id is. [protected].
Today I tried to find the hotel on the location that is shared in booking but I couldn't find. The hotel is not present on that location. I bve tried calling property manager Nikhil Reddy [protected]. Which is mentioned on my booking. But this person is not even responding. I have tried several times but no luck. So finally I decided to book another hotel using OYO app and I booked the hotel. My sincere request to Agoda to cancel the booking and refund my money . And take action against such fraud hotel.
