Inspite of booking confirmation in Hotel kings paradise in Trichy, room was not provided.
As per hotel manager, he had not got booking confirmation.
CONFIRMATION NUMBER[protected].

Waited for more than 1 hour in hotel.

After making payment and confirmation, hotel room was not provided in Hotel Kings Paradise in Trichy. Very pathetic customer service from Agoda.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND AGODA.
