Agoda — I m complaining about hotel booking on agoda

We have booked two rooms on agoda for 11th June 2022 at OYO78744 Limra residency. after the booking is done i tried to find the contact details of the property to check for my booking with the property but was unable to find the details in my booking, then i tried for contact details of the agoda same was also not available. later we went to the property and asked for our booking, we were sent back from the gate saying no rooms available and we dont have any booking. i tried to find the contact details of the agoda and property but could get only mail IDs and could not contact anyone but OYO and the contact representative of OYO said we cannot find your booking as the booking is done on agoda website. Now i does not know how to get my refund amount back. Please help me to get the amount back to my account.
