Agoda — Payment and booking confirmed for no available room

İ made a booking on 10th june 2022 for a hotel on agoda.com that showed last room available everytime i opened the website but after the payment and booking confirmation, on arrival at hotel the owner speaks rudely and says no room is available and agoda is not accepted.
there is no refund or cancellation policy on website nor the property is willing to pay
