May 08, 23 and paid fuill amount through card. After reaching the hotel the hotel denied the booking. i kept caling agoda stranded at reception with luggage. Then after repeated caling i was given hotel fabexpress relax inn that too without breakfast and which was available at a lower price and a cheap hotel.i took a taxi again to reach this hotel. I wana claim refund and cab charges for the inconvience caused to me and the breach of trust caused by agoda as it cant be trusted for bookings in near future. Was this information helpful? |
