Agoda — Refund for my hotel booking

I was not aware the booking which I did in the hotel residency Andheri for today is not a couple friendly hotel I only got to know when I reached the hotel and the hotel staff asked me to contact Agoda from where I did the bookings but there is no way to contact them even their chat system is not helpful. I want my refund back
