Agoda — Reimbursement not received for cancelled booking

I had booked for hotel through Agoda.com on 28-Dec-2022.As there was problem in getting the payments done the booking got cancelled automatically….when I contact Agoda customer they said to drop mail with evidence.After verification I received mail from Agoda on 27-feb-2023 stating refund confirmed and it will be credited within 15 business days.I have not received payment yet..I dropped mail twice but there was no reply from Agoda.
