On 13th september, one of my friends told me to book a room at hayat regency for the next day (14th september) and mistakenly i booked that for 15th september due to the auto-fill date in the agoda booking system, it was supposed to be next day but it wasn't.
Right after 10min, i cancelled it and re-booked that room for 14th september and my friend paid at the hotel but when i saw my statement the amount was deducted for 15th september to days.
It will not happen if auto-fill option wasn't there, i need my money back. Please resolve my query otherwise i will post this in social platforms. Was this information helpful? |
