I had booked a room through agoda app and full payment made online. Then I called the booked hotel and confirmed my booking. But when I reached the property hotel staff asked me to wait for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes they asked me to wait for another 1 hour. Even after 4 hours they could n't give me a room. So I had to go to another hotel and take a room with high price. So kindly take necessary actions against agoda and make arrangements to refund my amount Was this information helpful? |
