We have booked 2 rooms at The hosteller udaipur for 13th August to 14th August. Amount has been collected by Agoda as shown in the application. Now when we called The hosteller udaipur they said they did not received any such booking. We are 4 person and we are at loss now just because we have planned everything including travelling from ahmedabad to udaipur on 12th and udaipur to ahmedabad on 14th And now we do not have any accomodation for 13th. This will create negative impact for Agoda and i do not think that this should happen. Was this information helpful? |
