Hi,
We went for a night show movie on 22 April with family and kids at maduravayal AGS CINEMAS. Before the movie starts we purchased a popcorn worth 650 for kids. Although they are not ready to serve, since the movie time just begins. We paid and requested the staff that will collect it after 10 min, but unfortunately we lost a token (printed paper) but we had a bill. So requested the staff for our food but the staff named kumar refused to give the food and spoke very harsh and ordered us to wait for 30 min to check in system. It really spoiled our family time and the customer service was pathetic by the staff.
Ags is an wonderful and organized group which we haven't expect this type of behavior. Was this information helpful? |
