bad and rude behavior customer service in food counter

Hi,

We went for a night show movie on 22 April with family and kids at maduravayal AGS CINEMAS. Before the movie starts we purchased a popcorn worth 650 for kids. Although they are not ready to serve, since the movie time just begins. We paid and requested the staff that will collect it after 10 min, but unfortunately we lost a token (printed paper) but we had a bill. So requested the staff for our food but the staff named...

My thunivu show for Tue 24 jan 2023 was booked for night 10 20 show in screen 4 knowing tha the only quality sound in those theatre is screen 4. But now my theatre has been shifted to screen 2 which has not that gr8 movie experience. I think we as audience want to help by coming to theatre and watch movies but the correct experience is not available and we are forced to watch the downloaded movie which I think will be more comfortable from now on. Thank u for your experience and will surely follow my friends advice to download and watch. You have lost one true customer.

    Is Lungi Banned?

    Hi, Today 1/8/2023 we went to AGS Maduravoyal to watch Sembi movie 3:20 show and we purchased offline ticket there, 4 tickets worth 760₹ for four members. One of my friend wore a tshirt and lungi who works in Amazon as Spanish translator. He was stopped abruptly after purchasing the ticket when entering cinema and kicked out stating lungi is banned. Security and duty manager Mr.Purshoth and Mr.Ramesh insulted us stating lungi is not allowed...

Security and duty manager Mr.Purshoth and Mr.Ramesh insulted us stating lungi is not allowed and shorts vesti is allowed. We were insulted in front of all the people and when asked for why it is like that they have policy and I checked in website and had a chat with ags care they didn't give any policy. act of 2014 removal of restrictions of culture dresses like lungi are still implement. as per the law kindly take action.

      We have seen the KGF movie iin AGS in villivakkam screen 3 on 04/05/2022
      3.55 pm show .I am not sure whether your having a QUBE or UFO, but the picture quality is very poor in the sense, not even follow what's happening the screen .It dark and very low res like 720 film res. I have informed the official in the theater, the second half was so bright, you can see the red color on all the characters in the frame . We had a worst experience in AGS
      villivakkam. I hope you will look into the art of screening or projecting .

        Parking charge being charged additional to court orders

        In AGS cinemas t nagar, parking charge for 2 wheeler is charged as ₹30 per show but court’s order is to charge only ₹10 for a show for a motorcycle...

        We have came here to watch sarkar movie in ags cinemas in navalur they are saying that ac is not working and please adjust and watch the movie. We have paid 200 rs per ticket and how can they say adjust and watch this is unacceptable. This is worst experience and they are very rude. This is 11 clock show they are not taking any step we were saying for the beginning of the movie itself and they thought the only one person is complaining so they carelessly avoid us and saying it will be like that only and after few minutes people getting more and more they are saying we will solve in 10mins and after interval also they are saying that only. We didn't get any proper response we pay our money how come this happen family people's also suffering due to this issue.

          Dear Sir,

          For new movies counter ticket booking is not open for 1st one week and they are selling the tickers online only for which they are charging Rs. 68/- extra per ticket as service charge and service tax.

          Why are they entertaining only online booking even if we go to counters for ticket booking.

          i have booked 3 tickets in the ags cinemas website on 19.04.2018 where they have deducted 574.35 rs for that but not provided confirmation seats and no response when called to their mobiles .
          worst service .
          Kind request not book tickets in AGS navalur.I need my money back .please refund as soon as possible
          I booked 5 tickets which cost 1109.8 in ags android application they have deducted money from the account but the ticket not yet received.

          Please take step to refund as soon as possible.

            Worse service. The website is useless. the phone booking person can do something abt considering what the client requires. Worst place to build a theatre. Car parking is of the worst kind. Completely frustrating experience going to the movie in this theatre. It lcks infrastructure. But the insides of the theatre alone is good. good sound, good quality cafeteria.

            Worst internet service, while paying for the ticket the amount got reduced from the account but got an exception. When we called to the theater they are saying the amount will be credited in 14 days else we need to go there filling the form then they will refund the money which is very very worser

            Dear Team,

            I tried to book Endhiran Movie tickets on October 2 & October 3 in AGS Cinemas Chennai

            Ticket Was Not Booked ,But Amount alone Debited from My Account

            Total Amount 780 (260+260+260),Kindly do the needful
            I have booked tickets on 5th October for the show on 6th October in AGS villivakkam, but the tickets showing as t.nagar branch, seat no G22 and 23.
            I do not find that the t.nagar AGS has seat no 23 and 22 in G row. I just tried reaching them through phone and WhatsApp since last night and they are not even picking call or responding in whatsapp.
            payment successfull but ticket was not confirmed. i have mailed them but no reply and i have call them more than 10 times but no respond and i whatsapp them aand no reply. All they got was my money only. i need refund and take the severe action for worst service by AGS.
