Aha Taxis — Unethical Behavior and practices

I booked a cab via Aha Taxis. First of all they have a mechanism somehow where a wrong time is allocated to the booking; I am not sure about the same however there are some other complaints which had stated same issue which forced to me review my booking detail.

I was not able to ammend or contact the customer service number. Their customer service number is out of service. Then I cancelled my request, Their cancellation policy is mentioned FAQ section, which I did not read. And that is where I made the mistake.

I emailed them to request the status of my refund. First response was that it shall be processed however the timelines were not mentioned in that.

I requested for the timeline then someone else responded stating the policy and refund via AHACoins.

What kind of services and malpractices are they running. The amount is not huge, but the stress it has caused me, has a lot of value.

Therefore, I am reporting their malpractices on this platform to ensure others can take informed decision before taking their services.
