I booked a cab via Aha Taxis. First of all they have a mechanism somehow where a wrong time is allocated to the booking; I am not sure about the same however there are some other complaints which had stated same issue which forced to me review my booking detail.
I was not able to ammend or contact the customer service number. Their customer service number is out of service. Then I cancelled my request, Their cancellation policy...

Neither booking nor refund

For my urgent need of a cab, I made a booking through mobile browser on 23rd Aug2021. After receiving the booking confirmation, it was noticed that pickup time is incorrect and also there was a membership charge of Rs 199 which I did not require. I immediately called the helpline number but none of my calls were received at other end. Thereafter, I wrote a mail to AhaTaxi at 11:59am about the whole issue and requested for immediate arrangement of cab with corrected pick-up time and refund of Rs 199 charged towards membership which I did not request for.
Within 15min of sending the mail, I received a call from landline number[protected] at 12:13pm (call duration 45 seconds) from someone at AhaTaxi informing that due to some technical error, the pricing was not correct and my booking was being cancelled and my full refund will be made. This really hit me hard as I was in an urgency and continuously searching for an economical cab from somewhere since the start of the day. I immediately started searching for other options and finalised a deal with another service provider.
At 12.:39pm, I received call from same person (call duration 2 minutes 2 seconds) informing me that cab is arranged. I was surprised to hear that and clarified him that I already booked it from other agency as he informed me about cancellation half an hour ago. So, he started kind of interrogating me as to how can I book another cab within this period. I told him that I was in urgency and I booked another cab only after his call about cancellation. Had he told me to wait, I would have waited for his confirmation. Thereafter, I told him to refund my total amount and he very happily confirmed that it will be credited to my Aha Coins. I asked him what Coins? I am not booking cabs frequently so having Aha Coins is useless for me. I insisted that my money should be refunded back to my original payment mode.
Till date, my refund has not been made in any form.

Refund money
I had booked Aha taxi from Sri sailam to Ahobilam on 4th April 2021. I had paid a down-payment of 1200. Just few hours prior to the alloted time, I got a call from aha taxi executive stating there is no car and will be refunding the whole amount of 1200 within 5 business days...its been 10 days and I am yet to receive refund

They didn't process my refund
I had booked at taxi on 28.11.2020 on Aha taxis. They cancelled it. They said they'll refund the amount. Today it's 16.03.2021 and yet they didn't process my refund and show meagre response when communicated. I've been calling them on phone and mailing them and I never got a satisfactory reply.
Once they even shared an image showing that the refund is successful. Obviously not!
Many such things happened and finally I got to know that my refund has actually been failed and these aha people are not even answering my calls since then. I've dropped some mails for which I didn't get any reply.
Please help me.

Hi Team,
This is regarding the AHA taxi services. During the lockdown was started they are booking the taxis and taking the pay in advance but before the reaching time they got cancelled the booking. i miss my flight due to this
Now its being 3 months they are not refunding amount which i paid for booking the taxi
I fed up to taking a follow up over a mail. The worst service i have ever seen.

My 1st aha taxi 🚕 experience was horrible, i booked the ride from roorkee to chandigarh on 9th evening and paid them the amount through online transfer, even after paying the amount i didn't get confirmation of the booking or drivers details, i called them to ask and they said don't worry u will get it within few hours or 2hrs before the journey. Then in midnight they sent a message due to unavailability of cab we have cancelled ur ride and i will get my refund next day. I have been calling these bast* since last 15 days and they just make new excuse everyday. Still didn't get my refund. Fake fake totally fake …. Never ever take this taxi service ….☠️☠️☣️☣️

I am a vendor for aha taxi my register number [protected] in August 2019 I accepted a trip from Mumbai to pune but there are some problem with my car before 48 hrs i called aha taxi for request to cancel my booking but when I called them they suggested me to cancel my booking from my application so i did after that they raised a penalty of rs 5000 and also blocked my profile from aha taxi after that i called aha taxi and requested them to plz unblocked my account and also I assured them this will never happen again from my side which happened now is also not my fault it was bcz of my car problem so plz unblocked my profile and let me take trips and serve people but then also they are very rude and told me that they can't unblocked my profile so I want to know with aha taxi the Penalty they raised where is that mention I had ur penalty structure (which I attached)5000 is not mentioned anywhere I payed u deposit amount where is that plz answer me otherwise I had to go forward and take a strict action against ur willfulness

my refund for payment
I was book a car for out station trip but they cancel it just 2 hours before ride and there is also no refund of my money i call them hundred time they pick only one or two time and said that my refund is processed please contact to bank. I contact to my bank bt they said there is no refund processed to your account please tell me what i do for it. This is very very worst thing happened in my life. I suggest to all who read this "don't book any taxie from this site they only fool you nothing much and they won't provide you any car at your time"... They also take any subscription fee without any permission..

cab driver charged heavy amount for vomiting in cab although that was done in card board and not a single drop was there in cab

We were travelling in cab from bhimashankar to Pune. Due to road issue I did vomiting on my scarf and some in cardboard which was placed under my leg. After that I stopped cab and did everything outside. Now the cab driver charged us Rs. 800 for cleaning. Not a single drop of vomit was there in car. It was on my cloth and card board.
This is a big cheating with travellers.
Now how can we opt the cab again if this will happen.
I want my money to be refunded back.

driver reached an hour late and there is no seat belt and takes 2000 for fuel when fuel charges is included
The driver reached an hour late and makes us wait again for half and hour in the petrol pump. There is no seatbelt on the pillion seat and the driver takes 2000 rupees for fuel when it is clearly mentioned fuel charges is included and balance payment must be made only at the time of return the service is very bad and we cannot interact with the driver because he knows only kannada

complaint regarding cancellation of booking for airport igi only 2 hrs before the scheduled pickup time

This had to be written way back in the month of jan’19 itself but couldn’t be done as i was out of station and of course due to some very busy schedules.
This is really unfortunate to say that i was a regular loyal client of aha taxis but was treated badly by your company. The instance is being quoted here.
I, dr raj kamal, (Dr. [protected]@gmail.com) booked a aha premium taxi on 27th dec’ 18 from bareilly to igi delhi with pnr[protected] for 1st jan 19 with pick up time 6.30 am (Other details : — kms – 286, fare – 4188/-+ gst 209/-) and got confirmation from your side on the same day at 1.02 pm. Through mail.
On 31st dec 18 at 8.20 pm i received a mail with the vehicle and driver’s details as ertiga no. Up 25 cb 9220 driver shubham gupta (Sms was also received with otp to connect the driver). There after the driver was also contacted and he informed that he is already in moradabad and will pick me up right at 6.30 am. So i got relaxed and gone to bed.
At 4.06 am (Only 2 hrs before the pickup time), i received a sms and a mail stating that my booking has been cancelled.
Immediately your operator, at customer care, was contacted on phone but he showed his negligence about the allotment of driver and ertiga in my name and according to him nothing can be done.
What a person will do if he is having a connecting long flight on the same day? (And which couldn’t be postponed) and vehicle is cancelled.
Was it a joke or a child’s play? Is it not a cheating with the loyal clients? Was it not a dirty game from comany's side?
I have saved and preserved all the proofs as screen shots and mails and can be produced if and when required. Help of social media is being taken to get justice and to make others aware to avoid their cheating. Also i have stopped all my bookings from aha taxis after this incidence. One can seen in the 2nd para of this letter, i have written “i was”. Reason is already explained.

Hi few days ago i booked a cab from meemrana to gurgaon and prepaid for it with

They cancelled the cab booking without any prior information and i never received my refund. I request to look into it and get my refund back. This is the worst cab service i have ever come across. Shameless staff, not helpful and very rude. Just need my money back asap. Or i will complain.

I had booked a cab with aha taxis from pune to mumbai on nov 22nd 2018 for rs. 2988/- however i cancelled it immediately but i didnot get any refund, i called the ahah customer service number for the refund & i was told thst there is no refund for the cancellation. But i had booked it was mentioned tat free cancellation wuth full refund. Then they said that i will get 2988 coins in my aha taxis account that i can use on my next trip, today it is jan 09th 2019 but i don't have any coins.
I have tried calling thier number many times but the number is not contactable. I have also sent many emails for the refund but they have not replied even once.
Aha taxis is a fraud company, i want my refund & some compensation for the inconvenience that i have faced for so long.

Fraudsters - never sent a cab and also the customer service number on the website is no longer in use. DONT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANYWHERE IN INDIA

worst service by aha taxis

WORST CAB SERVICE MAKEMYTRIP ( we booked round trip delhi to manali) 1) makemytrip arranges cab services from different VENDORS, and doesn't has it's own cab services. We booked a cab for 8 days, round trip from delhi to manali. 2) the TERMS AND CONDITIONS, are not conveyed properly to the vendors. There are extra night charges of rs.250/night, if we use the cab POST 9PM TO 6AM, but the driver asked for all 8 nights charge, even when he was sleeping and not driving. 3) makemytrip FOOLS YOU, they gave us a package of 2000km in rs.17064, rs8.5/km, i confirmed with MR.ARJUN ( one of the employ in makemytrip cab customer care) if we could go from delhi to manali to kasol and then back to delhi, he said he has confirmed from the vendor AHA TAXIS, and yes we can go to kasol. but when time came, the driver refused to go kasol saying the cab is booked from delhi to manali and he will not go outside manali. now it is common sense that why would a tourist book 2000km for only manali? how can one cover 2000 km only in manali? i contacted MR.DHARMESH (another employ in mmt cab customer care) he took way too long to resolve our issue. PREBOOKING MMT SAID WE CAN GO OUTSIDE MANALI, POST BOOKING THEY REFUSED. 3) the driver we were provided was by AHA TAXI VENDOR, his name is ALOK YADAV or HARIOM, he had 2 names, we don't know which name is real, vehicle was SWIFT DEZIRE UP75AT5540, this driver was unexperienced for himachal roads, he didn't knew how to control his own vehicle, he couldn't pick up the vehicle in 1st gear on hilly area as well as on plain road, he was MENTALLY ILL, he HARASSED ME, i went with my brothers who were there to protect me, he once THREW ME IN A GUTTER while i was getting out of the cab he didn't stopped the cab and continued driving, he DROVE OVER MY BROTHER'S FOOT TWICE. he HARASSED us, we were all students and he SCARED US by driving in an inappropriate way to scare us. the driver was ill spoken and mentally unfit to be a driver. 4) the driver was not thorough of terms and condition neither was the vendor, mmt is at fault and it caused us way lot of trouble. 5)mmt sends UNAUTHORIZED DRIVERS 6)mmt customer services are worst, each employ will give you different details, they themselves are not clear about terms and conditions. 7) once you pay advance 15% to makemytrip there role is done, they dont pay attention to you thereafter.

I am one of the travel agent in bangalore i was using aha taxis app last six months starting they have released no deposit and they charge 2000 rupees after 2 months so we was not able to get workout bookings from them and they charged with the customer 7500 and they will pay for vehicle 5000 rupees it doesn't works out when we got 6500 and the customer is utilised for to days for innova vehicle what is the use of giving service inha taxis there is a mr sunny he will call and blackmail he will not pay the deposit amount and also blocked the app they are not professional with this travel industry we know that very well these guys are coming with new technology and cheating all the customers and travel agency peoples i want to recover my money this people should not cheat anymore to customers or travel vendors be careful all of them while depositing because is taking a commission also then what is the use mainly to the travel vendors in any cities of india be careful with the aha taxis

The worst ever experience one can imagine with any taxi service, never seen such a pathetic company like aha taxi. My brother in law booked a taxi and paid the 499 and was informed that he will get taxi in two hours. He waited for 2 hours 10 minutes & when he called up afterwards they said that the taxi is not available & they will return the money. Looks like that they get the taxi which is already going there and if the same is not available then they say no to the customer. Even when i called up to the call centre, they simply disconnected the phone and when i tried multiple times no one was picking the phone. They even do not care that because of this cancellation what other party will bear. This is really bad and i want to teach them a lesson so that they are not doing it again with anyone else

I raised the cancellation request on 29th march. It is already 7 days past that.
I am really saddened by the responses from ahataxis.
I have raised multiple requests to track this cancellation - but no luck.
I am trying to reach these people on the numbers shared [protected]/[protected].
No one ever picks the call or calls me back.
Request you to get this checked on priority. I feel cheated by booking cab via ahataxis.

extremely poor service from aha taxis for an overseas tour group

I have been travelling to india for many years and i have never ever experienced such poor service from a taxi company as with aha taxis. We arrived at delhi airport at 12 pm to go on a trip of a lifetime to agra and after numerous calls by 2.30 pm one of the taxis still had not arrived. They did nothing to help and did not communciate with us at all. I had to keep emailing and phoning them. This went on an on and no one wanted to sort it out. The party consisted of elderly women of over 70 and we had to sit outside in the sun for over 2 and half hours as you will see from the photo. We ended up having to order an 3 emergency taxis instead of the two at great expense to ourselves. This is a dreadful start to our holiday and people should be warned about using them especially if they are on holiday. We have been seriously let down and we won’t now be able to see the agra fort thanks to their ineptitude because we will arrive too late in the evening.

excess run
I booked aha taxi from dehradun to noida on 27 nov for the ride on 29 nov, by
Mistake the departure time was entered 14:45, in place of 12 noon, for correcting this time, company charged rs 99/= extra.
The driver and vehicle were good, the driving was also nice and the speed was within limit.
In modinagar, driver took side road to avoid the traffic jam, but came back to the original point by running about 5 km (Which was avoidable). Same thing happened in noida, he took long route and finally i paid rs 153/= extra for 9 km which was excess from my package.
Mistake the departure time was entered 14:45, in place of 12 noon, for correcting this time, company charged rs 99/= extra.
The driver and vehicle were good, the driving was also nice and the speed was within limit.
In modinagar, driver took side road to avoid the traffic jam, but came back to the original point by running about 5 km (Which was avoidable). Same thing happened in noida, he took long route and finally i paid rs 153/= extra for 9 km which was excess from my package.

overcharges and driver took longer route for his own purpose
1. This is in reference to my booking b-delhi[protected]. Mob no [protected] sudhir kala, date of journey 09 oct 17.
2. My booking time was 1245 pm. I spoke to coy reps two time on 09 oct 17 that i want to postpone the ride, i was told that sir we can extend ur time till 0145 pm this is within our power and there will be no waiting charges for that, the cab left at 1400 hrs a (Precisely 15 min late then the time agreed) and i was charged 300 rs for that. I spoke to miss mayuri and i was told that this will be waved off, however at the end of trip the owner n driver of the cab spoke rudely and asked for 200 rs which was paid to the driver.
3. Driver took the long route, he was not aware of the use of gps also. Instead of going through mawana he reached meerut, on asking he said he has gone there to fill the cng same logic was given by mr pramod and said sir, 8-10 km extra we will not charge from u dnt worry. But becz of this extra 24 kms dvr reached apprx 09:20 pm, and this this 30-40 mins extra ride made him reache after 09:00 pm and i was charged rs 250 ni charges also.
3. I understand and accept 10 kms extra, but 14 kms extra covered and bcz of that ni charges was again additional. All toll charges and enroute was paid by us as per coy policies.
4. I request you to kindly take note of the commitment made by company and refund the waiting charges, the money paid for extra distance covered and due to that night charges asked. I also wish to info you that at the end of trip i got msg of travelling 223 kms only.
5. I expect a suitable response from this reputed company and corrective action is taken with intimation to me at the earliest pls.

Complaint marked as Resolved I have recieved a call from company rep asking for my debit card no for refund. I wish to know the authenticity of the call and secondly why do u need debit card no when it can be refund on the same transaction refrence through which i have made advance payment.

wrong commitment and driver misbehave over the phone call

I had done booking on 2 oct from haldwani to delhi at 3 pm. Aha staff was calling me again and again for booking of taxi when i confirmed my booking they stoped respoding my call becouse they got my booking and advance payment of 500. I got the confirmation on message that cab will come after 2 hour i. E at 5 pm. I was disapointed and called aha staf for 10 to 11 time after some gruesome time they responded said that sorry sir cab will come at 5 pm only i said ok but give ne the number of driver so that i can cordinate wid them after 1 hr later at 4 clock i got the driver number. When i contacted driver he said that he cant come before 5.30 talk to ur aha staff. I was feeling like puppet who dancing between driver and aha staff. Finnaly i decided to cancel my book but they again not responded my phone. After sometime when i submited my cancellation to driver over the phone aha was calling me like hell and said sir at 5.30 driver will come i said you took my advnce payment i m ok wid it but dey were not cancelling my ticket.

I had done booking on aha taxi from manali to kasol on 19th may.
Booking was cancelled due to unavailability of driver/car.
I havent received the refund from past 1 month

I had booked a taxi from Rishikesh to New Delhi on 14th May, 2017 which was cancelled at your end due to unavailability of vehicle. Further, I got a message that "refund for the advance paid is under process and will be credited in 7 working days. But, still my refund is pending. I think they are cheating or doing fraud with people. Please help in this matter. I have all proof that I did not receive the refund.

1st they said pay advance we have innova we paid the advance by card.. Then we get a call from aha taxis saying they are sending 2 cars we said ok..1st car arrives on 9:30am.. We call the taxi service to snd 2nd car they keep on saying cab in on they but it wasn't after waiting for more 4hr 2nd cab arrives we loaded our luggages.. Post posted about the bad service on social media then we get a call from manager tht he has cancel cab cause we posted on social media.

Late taxi & very bad service

Four o[censored]s were scheduled to fly out of Delhi at 5h55 on 06 Feb. AHA estimated the journey to be less than 3 hrs. I initially requested AHA to send the taxi at 2h00am but then changed it to 1h00am just in case of fog. We were subsequently informed by a friend that there was fog & we contacted the taxi driver at 21h00 on 05 Feb to tell him that he should come by 12h00 midnight. He assured us that he will be there before 00h30. However, he came in at 1h40 in the morning (more than one & half hours later than we told him to & 40 mins later than we had officially scheduled him for. Other relevant details:
1) The car had other people in it (whom he dropped off) & it was therefore dirty & stinking
2) When we started the journey, he was uncertain of where to go - & stopped 3 times for directions to Delhi Airport - this further delayed the trip
3) When we complained to him about being late & missing our flight, he threatened to stop the taxi if we did not give him 4000rs up front before reaching the destination. We therefore had to give him the 4000rs before reaching the airport
4) I called the helpline twice whilst on the road & informed the consultant about the risk o[censored]s missing our flight. The consultant confirmed that the driver said he could make it on time. The driver told him he was 15 minutes away but was more than 30 minutes away at that time. When I asked the consultant if Aha Taxis will compensate us if we missed our flight, the consultant assured us that we will not miss our flight
4) When we got to the airport, we noticed that he was taking the wrong road (going to arrivals rather than departures). He ignored my informing him & there was a further delay since he had to turn around & find the way back to departures
5) The four o[censored]s missed our flight. The cheapest & earliest flight we could get was at 19h50 that evening for an additional charge of 17760rs
6) We had to book 2 rooms at a hotel for the day at 4033rs.
7) I had to reschedule my pickup vehicle in Kolkatta which cost me an additional 800rs (500rs late charge & 300rs night charge)
8) Additional expense of taxis between Hotel & Delhi airport - 550rs

Cab was booked on 6th September for agra to Jaipur at 7 AM. I needed the cab at 8 AM. I was told that getting cab so soon is difficult but I can proceed with the booking and if I get the cab then good or else I can cancel the cab and get the refund. since cab was not provided on time, I had to cancel the cab. Refund was not given. Looks to be a fraud company making money by collecting the booking amount.
