I have booked 400 Sq.Yds Plot in Ahmedabad Film City. I have paid Rs.6000 EMI till 19 months. From 20th installment, I didn't in a position to pay as I was jobless. My financial condition was not good. Due to this, I rushed to Film City and asked my money back. They told me that money will be refunded only after completion of Scheme. Now the scheme is on completion stage. I asked Film city to give my money back. They still refused to pay and informed me that money will not be refunded back in any case. I have to search another member for this plot and then only they can refund (if other member will pay to Film City).
Could you please advise to whom should I complaint for this? Please guide me so that I can get my money back.
