ahmedabad film city me mera 200 sq ka plot booked hai 3500rs ki 72 emi n 13 month emi me pay kar chuka hu n 6 month emi meri due hai bt company me kahaa mujhe apni due emi pay karni hai to woh log bol rahe ki aapka membership cancel ho chuka hai n reopen charges aapko dene honge 37500rs,tab meine unse kahaa ki mujhe mere paise wapas de dijiye to unhone kaha 30%less hokar aapko paise milenge woh bhi tab jab hamare pass koi customer hoga plot lene ke liye tab hum aapko paise denge,aur agar plot kisi aur ko direct sale karte hai to woh log kehte hai file transfer charge 80,000 rs aapko pay karna hoga,matlab yeh log apni marzi se charges lagaa rahe hai aisa kahi nahi hota hai yeh log public ke sath chiting kar rahe hai hum sabko milkar inke khilaf complain karni chahiye Was this information helpful? |

In august 2010 i booked a plot in Ahmadabad film city project . i will pay eight check of rs. 5500. Now they says if i want to bye it i pay 250000. they give us stamp of 100 rs. written that this plot is yours. please according to this give us some information and what should i do.
