As you can see in the photo, there was horrible traffic and everyone was horning. It is clearly visible that the vehicles are moving and there are few vehicles behind me. I always follow traffic rules. It is the first time I got the memo because of traffic condition.
I hope you understand the traffic condition. I request you to revoke this challan.
