Today I was on my way to home, I was driving from Ahmedabad to Bavla on my Activa, there was a car which was in very much speed, and came right beside me, it was about to hit me and a biker driving infront of me, was also about to get hit by same car, i followed that car and remembered car number bt couldn't stop it. So I want to file a compliment. Car number was GJ01RK3024.

Yesterday night one car driver of white swift car. Doing wheel spin and rough and speedy driving on saman satyam complex road jodhpur cross road sattalite . I was standing side of the road. He just doing this thing beside me. Literally me and other people who are nearby scard.he overtake once car on small and busy road. At that same time if some one come from sattalite apratment. Littraly he was finished. Plz punish this kind of driver . Fine hir so high. I ran away behind him. And luckly i got him on signal. Pleace take action against him.

My vehicle number is GJ 27 D 0628. I have received the wrong e-challan for my bike. My bike is a Hero Honda Passion Pro, and the bike seen in the picture is a Honda Shine, whose registration number is not clear. I have received the wrong e-challan. I hope my problem will be resolved.

Always found Traffic Police are not controlling the traffic rather busy in other activity results jam on junction due to heavy vehicle wrong side vehicle rush.

Traffic Signal are also not followed by vehicles due to non availability / monitoring of Traffic controller.

Most of the time 1-2 hrs Traffic Jam on this junction during rush hours.

I have been charged for a red light violation for my visit to C.G. Road. My vehicle number is GJ18CR5820. The picture in the challan shows that I crossed the red light, but I took a U-turn from the crossing. There is no sign at the crossing which doesn't allow U-turns. I want someone to look into the issue as I am charged Rs. 500 for the same. Thanks for considering.

Ellis Bridge Traffic police 10 people are taking money without payment receipt. Scarying everyone of taking vehicle in custody and go to court to take it back. They have taken huge amount for my expired licence last month. I am unaware of that expired date and they scold me for no reason. And demanding a huge amount for asking receipt of around 8000 to 10000. They are just acting like goons to demand money if that is there's. Instead of making us aware for that and giving receipt they have taken money and put there in there pocket. They are earning huge amount because of this work. Can someone please take the notice of this and act kindly for people. They should check the suspects but I am 50 years old and what is the reason for scarying me just because of money. Traffic police is equal to goons demanding money like old days.

We are passing by Ellis bridge and there are at least 10 traffic police and khakhi police together to loot people. They are just scarying the people saying that we can left our vehicle there and go directly to court to get it. And asking for any amount which they like. And also scolding is that if we fill receipt the there will be huge charges. I told them that whatever the charges are due to my expired licence I am willing to pay but they are not willing to give me receipt of payment. They are just asking huge amount when we asked for receipt. Ellis bridge is heavily guarded by looting police and same at paldi area. In the name of checking they are also scolding everyone for no reason.

We are facing heavy traffic at Silver Star Char Rasta Chandlodia Ahmedabad. In this location traffic lights are there but it's not working/not started also don't have any traffic Police, So request you to please put atlease one traffic police to control traffic.

I would like to mention that i have received a memo recently with regards to red light violation on vijay cross roads, Ahmadabad. I would like to inform you that the signal is hardly open for 30 seconds and half of the centre road is blocked at vijay cross roads due to some digging work carried out since long. the other side vehicles are passing though signal is open for another way and hardly 10-15 seconds are available for the passengers to cross the signal.

Also i would like to mention that how does the amount of memo is derived at 1000 rs ? - do we have smooth roads and working signals in place for all locations ? - is there any penalty in place for providing penalty to the contractor who has carried out road construction work ? as many areas are facing tremendous breakout and roads have became risky.. Furthermore i would like to know is there a single challan issued to BRTS/AMTS service provider for reckless driving and violation of signals along with the normal citizens to whom the memo has been issued?

Also on the other way, it is being circulated in the media that FIR will be filed to those who don't pay for their e-memo. Doesn't it sound crazy to file FIR on those who're violating red light on cross roads and nothing is being done to contractors who're responsible for providing good roads and working signals ?

If you find that the above mentioned reasons are wrong to your belief and working completely fine, i dont mind paying for the penalty ! Otherwise i request you to kindly reverse the memo charged.

I have received memo without images. And they have given worng memo . I ahve not break the red violation then also they have given me the memo . But it is without image. I have paid for it. I want images regarding the memo. Today also i got another memo regarding helmet not wearing . R sir, On 18 August evening at 20:30 Hrs A person has parked his car in No parking area at North plaza near 4 D square mall at Motera Gandhinagar Highway . I request him to remove his car as he has parked in a wrong way and peoples facing issue by his car. Again requested and he has misbehaved but he has parked and went for shopping in mall. A harsh situation faced.

I have not received any physical copy of the challan nor any evidence is shown on the online challan on the said violation.

I believe these are wrong echallans and are issued due to technical issues as there are no proofs provided and I have not received any physical challan as well.

My complaint is in regards to Red Light Violation in Chandkheda, Ahmedabad.

When I checked https://payahmedabadechallan.org/ I was not able to view the Photo of my vehicle violating the Traffic Rules (Crossing Red Light) and Ahmedabad Traffic Police has charged me with INR 1000/- for violating Red Lights.. just like that!!.

(1) Why I should pay if there is No Proof of my vehicle violating Traffic Rules?????

(2) There is situation of traffic jam at Chandkheda Bus Stand Signal (from any direction you come), once you move ahead immediately on green light and the signal turns red after limited time interval and your vehicle is still stuck in the jam.

Why I am responsible to pay under such situation???

Why I should pay if its not even my fault even after following Traffic Rules??

I will NOT pay the said amount of INR 1000/- unless a valid proof (Photo/ Video) of my vehicle violating traffic rules with no situation of traffice jam (as mentioned in my Point 2 above) has been presented to me by Ahmedabad Traffic Police.

But I would like to inform that since 2 years, I am in Junagadh and my bike is also here with me. bike that mentioned in image is completely different bike and not mine( CT100).last time my bike was in Ahmedabad was in 2020.

This is in reference to the subject matter, it is stated that there is poor control or management of traffic on char rasta circle in Meghaninagar area of Ahmedabad Dist. The area is very crowded and it is very difficult to cross the road. It is pertinent to mention that inspite of traffic police availability there, there is no control of traffic police. This is the situation prevailing in Capital of Gujarat.
