I have received above mentioned notice but, seeing the photo graphs uploaded by you in the memo shows the clear cut sign of green signalling and not only me but all had started to go. At the same time in your photo graphs there is no vision of signal poll. And hence i am damn surprised how this memo has been issued from your end. Based on the above fact i request your good selves to help us to avoid such legal harassment to common people like me.
