[Resolved] AIIMS — double payment issue

Dear sir,
While completing final step of my aiims registeration when i adopted payment through SBI credit card my payment was done from my side but it was showing that payment step is incomplete and also showing that " payment has already been initiated for the same reference number request cannot be processed " . and the amount was deducted from my account and afterwards when on cyber cafe i pay through net banking that step was completed but there was a total of 3000 rs. gone from my side i request you to refund amount of rs 1500 to my sbi credit card as soon as possible...
