The AIPL (Advance India Projects Ltd.) by adopting unfair Trade Practices & had made Illegal Deduction --Short Payment of Assured Return amount for the month of November & December 2019, based on their letter letter No. JOY/RTM/B/0381 dated 30th November 2019, contents of which are vague, irrelevant, in contravention of the Agreement for Sale signed and registered with the Sub Registrar.

Thus the AIPL had violated its undertaking in regard to payment of agreed Assured Amount per month till date of filling of application for grant of occupancy certificate for the said unit to the Allottee as contained in Clause 21 of the Agreement For Sale, signed & registered with the Sub Registrar..
It is expected that AIPL would not adopt such unfair Trade Practices in the larger interest of its Goodwill & Brand Image and would refund the deducted amount to its Allottees of Joy Street. Was this information helpful? |
