I opted for AIPL JOY street project by entering into an agreement for buying a restaurant property. At the time of selling they agreed for a different rate and subsequently at the time of possession they have imposed so many fraudulent charges and have duped me. Please don't invest into their property at all. They are cheats...

The AIPL (Advance India Projects Ltd.) by adopting unfair Trade Practices & had made Illegal Deduction --Short Payment of Assured Return amount for the month of November & December 2019, based on their letter letter No. JOY/RTM/B/0381 dated 30th November 2019, contents of which are vague, irrelevant, in contravention of the Agreement for Sale signed and registered with the Sub Registrar.

Thus the AIPL had violated its undertaking...
