With reference to above said subject, we would like to inform you that we have booked two consignments for Reebok Kit worth Rs. 10,395/- for the payment of Rs.2999/- plus forwarding charges of Rs.299/- totaling Rs.3298/-; the details of the Booking IDs. and the Articles are as under :

We have already made the payment through credit card immediately.



We are astonished to have the material through parcel and it is found that in place of shoes we have been given Reebok Sun Glasses. It is a matter of great inconvenience and regret to us. We have contacted your people Mr Neeraj, Ms. Shreedha & Ms. Sarita on 18.12.10 morning and we have explained them about our not receiving the Shoes.



Sir, they have not given us the satisfactory reply and on the contrary, they have told us that stock was not available and hence in place of Shoes “we have sent you the sun glasses”. We have informed them that without taking our consent why you have sent us the sun glasses, but all these three people have made fun o[censored]s and told us that you first send us the sun glasses to us through courier and then only the matter would be looked after.



We have told them that the big advertisement in our daily Newspaper Hitavada has come and accordingly we have placed the order why should we courier the sun glasses and invite troubles for us, in case the sun glasses are sent through courier and if it is found misplaced, who would be responsible for the same and we should want to suffer because of your mistake and fault but they have just made fun o[censored]s nothing else. We have asked the telephone No. of the Managing Director of the Company but they have bluntly replied that what the Managing Director will do and you have to follow our system only.



This is a sheer cheating nothing else.



We would request you to kindly arrange to deliver Shoes as assured in the evening by one of your executives at the earliest and we should not be compelled to take legal actions in this matter, which please note.
