Aipl — Undue levy of charges

I opted for AIPL JOY street project by entering into an agreement for buying a restaurant property. At the time of selling they agreed for a different rate and subsequently at the time of possession they have imposed so many fraudulent charges and have duped me. Please don't invest into their property at all. They are cheats
