Air Arabia — Confirmed Ticket cancelled without any notification

I have booked ticket for 7th September 2021 and received email from air arabia saying it has been rescheduled for 9th September 2021and recieved the ticket for the same date in which it is written Status Confirm Ticket, so following the same information given by you I went on 9th September when I reached at boarding point at the airport the ticket was cancelled.

Ticket Rescheduled Information given by air arabia and ticket cancellation also done by air arabia I have not been jose for the same that the ticket is cancelled this is absolutely negligence of air Arabia.
And air Arabia have to COMPENSATE for the loss.

For Each and every changes of flight the information is shared to me by air arabia but why not ticket cancellation is not informed to me.

I had called air Arabia on 6th of September 2021 for reconfirmation, why the ticket is rescheduled so on the call it was clearly informed that the flight is not their on 7th of September that's the reason it is rescheduled for 9th of September .
For confirmation from your side you can check the call recording of 6th September evening

Why the ticket cancellation notification not provided ?.
Why the ticket is cancelled if it's rescheduled by air Arabia itself ?

Air Arabia have to look into this and have to compensate for the loss which I have to take another ticket worth Rs.28000/- borrowed from my friend on the spot midnight 3am and I had to leave to Sharjah

I have done 2 times PCR test worth 2000 each time and reschedule ticket was of 21000
I am on higher losss .

I would request consumer complaint forum to understand my struggle and do the needful.
Please take this issue to higher authorities so that it won't happen to any other person in future
