I am Dharanivasan Gunasekaran booked a ticket (booking reference number:12783071; Reservation number (PNR):[protected], Airline: Air Arabia (Flight Number: 3L142) as of 06.02.2023 to travel on 28.02.2023 with departure time: 20:30 from Chennai International Airport and it should be reached to Abudhabi international airport on 28.02.2023 at 23:30 in Abudhabi time. Also, I have a 7 hrs layover at Abudhabi airport to catch my connecting flight from Abudhabi to Tel Aviv, Israel by WIZZ airline [booking confirmation number: ZGFQPM; flight number: 5W 7085, Date of departure: 01.03.2023 at 6: 40 AM from Abudhabi].

I was on the travel to the airport, and I saw their e-mail notification around 3 PM, on 28.02.2023 stating that they changed the departure with a delay of 8 hr as follows

Dear Customer,
12783071 Your flight 3L142 MAA/AUH is delayed. New departure is on 01/03/2023 at 04:05.

My entire travel plan collapsed due to the delay in Air Arabia's departure, with the New departure secluded on 01/03/2023 at 04:05. I was unable to catch my connecting flight, and I could not cancel my connecting flight ticket at the last minute and I didn't get any refund.
Finally, I boarded Air Arabia, and I reached Abudhabi airport on 01.03.2023 at 8:30 AM. Then, I booked another flight ticket worth 1060AED to travel from Abudhabi to Tel Aviv, Israel, through Etihad airline, which is three times higher the price than the earlier connecting flight.

I have contacted the Air Arabia office. They ask me to cancel the tickets or travel as per the new departure schedule. They were not taking any responsibility for missing my connecting flight due to their delay. They did not even arrange alternative flight tickets to travel from Abudhabi to Tel Aviv.

Due to their delay, I lost around Rs. 35000 in Indian rupee value. They are not ready to provide any compensation for my loss.

All the evidence was attached here for your reference.

    Hello, my brother has travelled from Tbilisi (Georgia) to Jaipur . When he got his luggage he saw that his luggage has tempered and 2 watches and one Iphone13 has stolen from his bag .. he files his complaint on Air Arabia portal but nothing has done till now.. Please help to get his stolen luggage back

      I have booked a ticket with pnr no[protected] from Thiruvananthapuram to Sharjah.
      My actual date of travel was 1-05-22 due to some reasons i want to change my date of travel with the flexi fare option of 1 modification available in my ticket 8 hours prior to departure.
      I called the air Arabia customer care number [protected] and asked about the same. He told me that i need to pay only the fair change applicable that is 3000 something Indian rupees.
      The Next day I called the same number and asked them to send me the payment link. They sent me a payment link of 8020 Indian rupees. I didn't make the payment and I called again for confirmation. Then they told me that it's only the price difference and there are no extra service charges or anything included.
      He sent me the link again then I made the payment.but when i received the Ticket it is clear that the Extra charges are only 3902 Indian rupees.

        Air Arabia canceled my flights due Covid restrictions in Morocco.

        They don’t have refund policy but in this case they have to give me my money back. They don’t want, only a voucher to use with them in one year, I can’t travel anymore and I’m not gonna use this voucher so I need my money BACK! No response via email or Facebook or Instagram NOTHING! 660€ flights I need my money back.

          These is to inform you that i had travelled from Sharjah to Delhi on 10th Dec 2021 (Flight No G9 461). As landed at New Delhi, it resulted in lost of my checked in baggage. The same was reported at New Delhi Airport and it was informed that within 24hours the baggage would be delivered in Goa. Instead of helping out the Air Arabia staff was very much rude with me and also the informed that baggage in lying in Sharjah. As checked with Sharjah airport it was informed that the luggage was send to Delhi with same flight.
          As I travelled for Six years, these was my worst experience.

            We’ve been flying international with my fit& fine baggage and the day when we took the return flight from Sharjah to Ahmedabad by Air Arabia flight no:G9481 and I received by baggage fully damaged and with the behaviour of the staff was totally rude and yet they said that on filing the report that within 2 days they will give us a call it’s been more than 48 hours yet no call .The staff are not co-operating at all and yet yelling at us as we are the customers we have the right to say anything bout our damaged baggage .I need fully reimbursed of what they have done with our bags or else will take more further actions against them .

              We’ve been travelling to many international places with my fit & fine baggage and when we return back to India Ahmedabad International Airport by Air Arabia flight no:G9481 on 28/11/21 flight from Sharjah to Ahmedabad I was totally shocked to see both my baggage was damaged and apart from that the staff which they have was not even co-operating at all instead helping they yelled at us. We are the customers who fly we have the right to say anything about our damaged bagged but the staff has no right to say anything after filing the complaint yet still no call no nothing from their end I want a total reembursement from the airport.How can they still lie about our damaged baggage that the damaged happen earlier before it arrives in India how can someone lie to it.If no one can take any further actions against the Ahmedabad International Airport will like to take more further actions against them.It has been more than 48 hours that no one even bother to take care of it.

                I am writing to you to raise an issue about excess baggage charges

                The issue that I have experienced was: I booked ticket from sharjah to ahmedabad 19 november, return on 27 november. While booking I paid for excess baggage 30 kg 2 piece was 25 aed and I paid 60 dhirams. I confirmed at sharjah airport that I can bring 30 kg x 2 luggage total 60 kg while returning back from ahmedabad to sharjah.
                While returning at ahmedabad airport they charged me 33635 rupees with 2.5% credit card charges total 34475 rupees. this amount was equal to three times my fare from ahmedabad to sharjah. My family is regular passenger of air arabia but I am disappointed feel unjustified to charge 3 times my ticket for my excess baggage.

                It occurred on: 27/11/2021

                i request air arabia to be considerate and return excess baggage charges taken as it is three times my air fare of the route from ahmedabad to sharjah.
                if this amount is not refunded air arabia will loose a faithful passenger family who has been travelling with them since last 8 years.

                I look forward to your prompt response on this matter. I would like to keep a complete record of my case, so please reply back via this email account.

                    Hello, My name is Zarenthluaii Sathing. We are travelling to Uae with my friends. We take both rtpcr and rapid test but the air arabia staff 3 of them come to us and told us that what we take covid test is not correct. They told us that we cannot travel. But we all take the test at genestrings lab what is need to travel to Uae. Now we missed our flight because the air staff dont allow to check in. They let us wait for 3 hours and no one has come to us even if we called them. We spend so mucb money on that ticket. We want our rights. We want a refund from air arabia

                      End of july 2021 we had a flight but this flight was overbooked and we weren't able to go on this flight... We lost 4 days of our trip because of this situation and had a lot of financial issues because of this. On the phone we had a friendly lady who told us that we would receive a financial compensation. We are a couple of months later and I tried calling/Mailing them without any concrete action from their side...

                        Please make a note passenger was having all the necessary documents which you mentioned on your travel guidelines . I did not get an answer or solution which I was complained my complain is genuine . I am requesting you to go through the travel guidelines

                        All vaccinated passengers with E-Visa arriving in sharjah and ras alkhaimah are allowed from India

                        As a traveller always I will follow your guidelines and no where mentioned that E Visa cany only travel after 14 days of vaccination so it's not my fault requesting you to reissue the ticket according to my preferred date and time and that's my right

                        And also your trivandrum crew supervisor treated 62 year old citizen with this scenario without any courtesy and rudeness which I am not expecting from such a reputed airline

                              I have booked the flight of Air Arabia with account[protected] from Thiruvananthapuram to Sharjah on 27 April 2021 with scheduled departure date of 6th May, 2021.
                              Due to COVID-19 Lockdown in the State the flight cancelled its operation. Now I am looking for the refund of the ticket fair as i have no longer purpose of going.

                                    I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Flights

                                    The issue that I have experienced was: I booked the ticket for my wife and kid on 2/02/2021 through a travel agent and the date of travel on 18 th March [protected]@5am. The ticket is confirmed with PNR 65949211.How can they cancelled the confirmed ticket without any intimation.

                                    When they went for boarding in airport then only they informed that the ticket has been cancelled.
                                    They have to travel 3 hrs to reach airport and in late midnight it’s very hard for a lady with child to manage that situation.
                                    Moreover they can’t travel in another flight with the same pcr, bcz the validity is less and the amount we lost, and these irresponsible staffs make us mentally depressed also.

                                    It occurred on: 18/03/2021

                                    I already rebooked but I need an explanation for the unsolvable error from your side.
                                    Please go through the attached ticket copy.

                                      Amount is debited from account and payment confirmation received from cc Avenue but air lines not confirming ticket.

                                      They are cheating consumer by holding payment receipts and debuting amount too meanwhile increasing ticket fare.

                                        The said booking was auto cancelled due the cancellation of flight and amount was kept in credit.
                                        As all the travel for next one year is frizzed i will not be able to use this credit.
                                        Now being covid 19 situation in saudi and due to loss of business there are salary cut and we suffering to meet the ends. Hence i request you to please refund the amount standing in the credit so that atleast we shall use it during hard time.

I had reserved couple of tickets whose reservation numbers are 72970262, 72930335, 72930417, and 72930508. Due to recent situations, I am an Egyptian working in Riyadh (KSA) since 7 months ago. Due to recent situations, I have left my job and returning back permanently to Egypt isA. I would like to refund the tickets money due to my case. I know your policy is to use these tickets later on, however it is a humanity case because of recent situation. I have no fixed income now and for sure, I am not going to use these tickets in the future. So I wish if you can understand my situation and refund the money back to me of the tickets.

                                          I want to beg them for my own baggage!!??

                                          What the hectic service is this !!!???

                                          I need my baggage at the earliest with the necessary compensations for all the losses i had!!!

                                            I have taken a ticket from air arabia on the travel date of 10-3-20. Sadly, air arabia has canceled the flight. I am a woman and have been traveling in visiting visa for the first time and i will not have any other opportunity to travel in future. Now i came to know that air arabia will only return the refund through credit. That means they will issue another ticket within a year period. Though i am not going abroad after there is no worth of crediting my amount to the next travel. Now i'm afraid i'm trapped here. All other airlines are providing full refund only air arabia gives this trap to their customer. So i kindly request you to initiate a complaint against air arabia for their irresponsibilities. Kindly help me to get my refund so that i can reach back to my home.

                                              I was supposed to board flight on 20 oct from delhi to dammam at 4:40 ist.

                                              I got boarding pass, immigration, all security check up and all. But on the boarding gate, staff didn't allow me to board the plane.
                                              They gave me reason that you have drunk. Yes, i drunk little bit and i was in good condition.

                                              I requested to staff, even i foot lime but they didn't accept me.

                                              I was disagreed and helpless. It was very urgent for me to reach dammam but couldn't be.

                                              Even they didn't reschedule my flight. It was not a professional behaviour.

                                              I request you to resolve this issue and refund me my money.

                                                I travelled through fligh g9 0414 from coimbatore to sharjah and had to catch the next flight to riyadh g9 0151, when i reached the air arabia staff for enquiry to understand how should i reach my boarding gate he asked me to wait through the security check in line to reach the gate-20 and i did without waiting for a second, when i reached the gate they told me that my flight departed and when i reached the transfer desk i was treated cheaply as if i had missed the flight intentionally. It’s not my case, i am veteran traveler who cannot make such silly mistakes and the way the staff in the reservation desk handled was rude and cheap. I never expected such irresponsible behavior from air arabia staff in a international airport.
                                                It’s a complete mismanagement of air arabia and pushing the blame on the passenger to shift the ticket cost to the passenger where the issue is from air arabia staff. Even when i was ready to pay for the new ticket the staff gave me a false information that there was no ticket in the next available ticket, but when i approached sata they gave me a ticket seamlessly for 900 aed. So i was shocked by such an irresponsible behavior of international airline staff.
                                                There were three staff in the transfer desk counter a female staff and two male staff who all were rude and were repeatedly blaming me for the delay rather understanding that i was made to wait in the que by the airarabia staff.
                                                If you have the airport footage you will know how i was guided to stand in the que by the airarabia staff and was blamed later by airarabia staff that i delayed.
                                                If you really care for your passenger and when there is a genuine complaint, i wish you to take actions to improve the training of your staffs that is eligible to work in such environments responsibly. If you want me to prove my case, i can do so in any court or by international arbitrator. First i wanted to see your response for such cases.

                                                  I received a lost bag (It was lost by the airline).
                                                  I went 30 kilometers to take it.
                                                  I threw it after receiving.
                                                  Everything is damaged.
                                                  It is because of air arabia customer care and because of air arabia employees.
                                                  They are rude, lost the bag, insulted me, then sent it totally damaged.
                                                  Even though they have damaged it, they called me shouting saying, we will make you pay because we don't send lost bags outside mumbai and started threatenen me that they won't give it back without paying.
                                                  The broken box is very old and expensive.
                                                  I don't know what they did to make it totally damaged. Playing football with it??
                                                  Even if they are destroying it intentionally they can't do it.
                                                  I would say, i won't travel by air arabia again.
                                                  I won't let anyone travel.
                                                  I will tell everyone my story starting to form a group of arab students in india.
                                                  They are thousands there.
                                                  My medicine reached damaged.
                                                  These photos were the only souvenir from air arabia.

                                                    This is ahmad, the owner of the blue bag which number tn (Carrier - bag tag number) is: [protected] and which was lost on the way from beirut to mumbai (Flights ng9 386 and g9 406) by the staff of airarabia airlines.
                                                    First of all, as i mentioned to the employees, i can't take it from mumbai, i don't know anyone there, the place where i live is in orissa state (Only 20 km from bhubaneswar airpot (Biju patnaik airport).
                                                    I asked the staff kindly send it to bhubaneswar airport. I was thankful for finding it. However, it is the company fault for losing it after all. Going to mumbai to take my bag will cost me too much.
                                                    However, instead of saying sorry for the inconvenience, we will send it to you. They called me from the number: +[protected] saying that they didn't lose it but i left it there intentionally. They weren't polite at all.
                                                    After their mistake, they lied as it is my mistake.
                                                    Airarabia airline staff has lost my bag.
                                                    I reached to mumbai on 11 september having 2 bags in the airplane. I found only one. I reported a claim that i lost it and came to odisha state where i live.
                                                    I sent to you a complaint about it too and the staff found it and said that they want to send it to me (To bhubaneswar).

                                                    Imagine that according to them (Airarabia mumbai airport staff), i left my luggage because i don't want the extra weight in my next flight.
                                                    However, i had enough weight in my domestic flight to carry 2 more bags not only one which is only 8 kgs. I could have taken another bag too in my hand baggage since i have nothing in my hand (0 kgs)).
                                                    He said things like that i am a liar and he investigated that then he found that i am the one who left my expensive luggage (Including medicines and handmade gifts) and he added that he doesn't care about my complaints to you and closed the phone.
                                                    They lost my luggage and claimed that i left it intentionally.
                                                    I wanted only my bag to come back to me but they did a wrong thing and they were unhelpful.
                                                    In perfect airline, they should get a punishment not only should send my bag.
                                                    However, i only want my bag and my luggage.
                                                    It is not professional at all even after losing my baggage to say to me "you are the one who lost it". They didn't even try to correct the mistake but did another one by claiming that i am lying and they did nothing at all.
                                                    I traveled many and many times, this is the first time airline loses my luggage and it is my first time in air arabia.
                                                    Your airline lost my luggage and i want it back.
                                                    Every day they call me and say tomorrow then they do nothing but last time they called saying that it isn't their fault.

                                                      #fraudairarabia case. I with my wife & 3 yrs son travelled dammam to nagpur via sharjah on 24 jan. I had checked in online and reached airport 2 hrs prior to departure. Check in staff refused to accept our baggage as family. And told us to make all luggage in 30 kg denominations. While we were doing so, that heartless staff closed counter and left us stranded at airport. When i complained authorities they said in no case ur luggage can go with u. I was on final exit visa so they helped in in boarding aircraft. When i complained airlines after reaching india. They opened a case and doing nothing. I have to pay around 25000 inr to bring the luggage to my place. The shameless disgusting airlines is doing nothing to help me despite harassing me and my family.

                                                        Dear Sir, I was travelling from Riyadh to Delhi Via Sharjah through your airline (Air Arabia) flight G9 151 & G9 465 on 17th Jan-19 boarding No.28F and 21E (Sharjah to delhi). Unfortunately didn't receive my luggage at Delhi Airport. It did not send in the same flight .my all new wearing cloths and important documents were in that bag .I registered at Delhi airport to the concerned.
                                                        Please note that even i have no clothes to wear there. I am around 600 KM far from my home, I have waited for 3 day in Delhi Hotel and purchased few cloths. I can’t spend money anymore here because my ATM and wallet was also in that bag. So I had to ask money from my home to pay all the expenses which was ~350$

                                                        You are requested to please take necessary action in this regard for safe and sound recovery of baggage and to compensate for unavoidable expenses due to airline negligence.

                                                          Dear sir/madam,

                                                          I am very sorry to inform you that but i am here to make a formal complaint about your airline (Air arabia) staff of the flight (G9155 & g9454) from saudi arabia to india via sharjah on 02/11/2018 (Pnr[protected]. I am writing to complain about the misbehavior of one of your staff in your airline at sharjah. I am writing this formal complaint letter to you so that you can take notice of this person and make sure that the staff is reprimanded appropriately so that they don’t behave like that again. I have traveled on 02/11/2018 from saudi arabia to india via sharjah by air arabia airlines connection flight (G9155& g9454) (Ruh-shj-ccj). That was my first trip experience with air arabia flights and that was the worse trip ever in my life. Everything was good, until i had reached the check in stage in sharjah airport which is the connection airport of the trip. As u know i have completed the baggage and hand bag weight checking and all other formalities from the riyadh (Ruh) airport itself from which we are starting the journey and everything was perfectly ok at that time. But unfortunately one of your staff came to me (Not remembering that staff name) just before the check in stage in sharjah and asked me that he need to check my hand bag once again that i have already checked from riyadh and weight was within the limit. Also he was very rude and unpleasant to the passengers and i am not the only one who felt disrespected by him, my friend also but i am pretty sure you will receive number of complaints from other passengers of the same flight.

                                                          Also he told both o[censored]s that the weight is extra by 2 kg. (Laptop is there in my bag) and he asked money for the extra weight. But i refused to give him the money because everything is already checked with your own staff from riyadh, found everything is perfectly ok and they allowed us from there to travel, and after all again and again checking in the middle of the trip, and asking money is unnecessary and irritating act and is not fair. His way of talking and his acting’s were very rubbish to us and act like he is allowing us to travel without ticket or something like that. Also he said us that if we are not ready to pay the money for him, the flight will take off without us and gave order to check in staff to close the check in without considering in us. As my friend felt ashamed of his rude act and unpleasant manners in front of others he gave him 160 saudi riyal without any reason and i’m pretty sure that it is completely illegal and that money will go to his own pocket and he allowed my friend to check in. I have no money with me so that i refused to give him and about half an hour he quarreled with me and finally he understood that he would never get the money from my side as like my friend, so he let me to check in without giving any money. You can imagine how disappointed i was, when i saw this behavior. After this behavior, i was in shock for couple of minutes. I am very disappointed with your airline.

                                                          I insist your staff should send me an apologies letter and also i want refund my last ticket. Please take necessary actions regarding this
