Air Asia Airlines — Not returning refund amount Rs.2660 for failed transaction | |
Dear Sir,
I booked an Itinerary RICJGH on Air Asia airlines the transaction failed during first time and the amount got deducted from my ICICI bank account. I raised a case with them (CAS[protected]PHPM3D) on 15th Dec 2014 and I didn't get any response (SLA time is 14 Days). After 14 days I raised case (CAS[protected]J54) on 31st Dec 2014 so far I didn't get any response so far. Please help me to get my money back. The following are transaction details given below.
