I canceled my ticket but my booking amount not refund.

Not getting any support email id for air asia. So i can raise my complain and website chat and other support mobile number is not working properly. I[censored]ser support is not properly handle than customer dissatisfaction happen. My money is not refund my account. I am facing trouble for other daily maintenance expense. So kindly team take it high prioritized solve it quickly.
