Air Asia — extra pay for cabin baggage and not giving seats together

Worst airline ever!
First we had to pay extra for cabin bag, which no other airline made us do. We took indigo, vietnam airlines, vietjet and everywhere we could take our bags without any hesitation.
On top of that, me and my husband had to sit separately because they couldn’t give us seats together. Who does that? That’s so cheap!
The airline was going empty due to corona virus hit, they could have easily given us 2 seats together.
Money hankering baboons. I hope the airline shuts down asap!
